A: We try to perform all website migrations as fast as possible. However, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are several factors that you need to consider – the very size of your site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always strive to accomplish each migration within 48 hours. With smaller–sized websites, our staff usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We do not gather any sensitive details. We will require, however, the login information for your old web hosting account along with the name of the site that you wish to transfer.

After that, we will explain to you how to transfer the domain name to your web hosting account with us and how to update your DNS records.

A: Nope. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can transfer your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform given that we can get access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
